I used to study a lot. I mean A LOT.. Sometimes I slept only a few hours a day for weeks to get more work done. Then I discovered that if I slept ~7-8 hours a day, ate healthy food etc I actually started learning things faster, studying didn't take up so much of my time any more and the results were good too. I mean at the end of the day I study to live, not the other way round.

You can improve the efficiency of your studying so you are able to effectively study more and more in a 24 hour period.

I don't think you could study for 24 hours a day for very many days in any case.
But yes, there are only 24 hours in a day.
