I know there are topics and some words that are shown where they can be found in the bible etc. in some books. But, is there one that, for example, studies solely the issue of "time" or "heart" etc. Thanks!

Iwould suggest you check out a concordance. I would recommend Strong's exhaustive concordance. It includes a lexicon which gives the definition and common usage of words in the Hebrew for the old testament and the Greek language for the new testament. If you want to read some interesting ideas about the heart I would suggest "The Spiritual Man" by watchman Nee. He breaks down the triune nature of man as spirit, soul and body as well as the faculties designated to each part. Also Charles Finney's Systematic Theology is quite useful in understanding the heart in its fallen state contrasted with the new birth of the spirit.

On a personal note: the bible speaks of the heart of man in several verses. In my studies of apologetics and systematic theology over the last 30 years I have come to understand the heart to be the place within your spirit that is the springboard for the intentions. In this regard it can be seen as the very core of your being and the place where self is channeled through to the volition and the intellect and emotions which are faculties of the soul used to reason and/or respond to the world and the faculties of conscience which also is within your spirit. Here it becomes evident how the mechanics of who it is that reigns supreme in the throne room of the heart can affect the decisions that we make. As a born again believer the Holy Spirit of God is seated in the heart and speaks to self intuitively hopefully through free will we then decide to either follow the dictates of the Spirit (walking in the Spirit) or the propensity of our sinfulness to follow the desires of the flesh (self-interests).

There is a book called the Strong's Concordance which deals with and identifies all the words in the Bible from their original Hebrew and Greek.
