I am an Indian 27 Male.My height is 6 Feet.My problem is i am a bit lean.My weight is around 64 KG and has been almost the same since last 5 years.I am pretty healthy and stiff [ do lot of workout and excercise ]..I have tried lot of things but i just do not seem to even add 1 KG to my weight.

My habits are....
1.I am strict vegentarian [ no egg also ]
2.I do not drink / smoke...
3.Work out for around 30 mins a day in morning.
4.No junk food eating habits [ like burger / fries etc ]

recently i have been diagnosed for elongated appendix.Could appendix be a reason for stunting the growth ? off course i do not want to become fat/obsese but i am under weight..by around 8-10 Kgs...

If you wish to add muscle bulk, 30 minutes a day worth of exercise isn't going to do much. You're going to need a much more significant lifting program The vegetarian thing is going to work against you as well. You can still bulk up some, it'll just take more time and work. If I cared about muscle bulk, I'd use swimming as my aerobic workout in addition to the lifting. Running and cycling will tend to lean you out too much.

I can't imagine that the appendix is relevant.

oh my gosh you are so light for someone who's 6 foot! my size 8 skinny big sister is 80kg! i think you need to cut back on the excerise, invest in some wheatgerm and a proper muscle building routine. muscle weighs more than fat! good luck
