Is there a free site to download to edit pictures??

I want to take a photo apart, and add parts from another photo.... cut out, exchange the face, add beard, etc. Anyone have suggestions?

That sort of image manipulation is going to pretty complex. You should go to www.gimp.org and get yourself a copy of Gimp. It's complicated, but it's almost as powerful as Photoshop and it's completely free. Give it a shot.
