I live up stair from my mom and i have a four year old cat she's not fixted, she's like my kid I've had her fom day one. My mom has a ten month old male. Nature has it's way of doing things and they meet. We thought okay kittens but a day later my cat is really sick. Could she feel like she was raped or is something else going on?

Hi, Your cat could be suffering from another illness not necessarily being pregnant, cats are cats and have instincts just like anyone else . So PLEASE get your cat spayed its the only way to stop her from having kittens.

Why in the world would think it was okay to have kittens? How can you sleep at night knowing you are contributing to cats being euthanized daily? I sure couldn't. Is it possible you don't know the crisis we have going on with a world full of unwanted animals. You obviously don't know anything at all about cats.Raped? Yeah! Learn something about an animal in which you wish to keep. It is your responsibility to do so and to make sure that they are spayed or neutered.

Yes. Cat mating against their will can and does happen. I used to have some problems with my old cats. You'll have to watch out for possible fights. The female, if not willing, will turn on the male and claw him when he tries to mount her.

The best way to find out is to take the cat to the vet, there may be something going on, with her health.

No, your cat doesn't think she was raped.
I think you should have her fixed ASAP.
Chances are she did get pregnant, but if by some miracle she didn't you don't want to chance it happening sometime down the road.

No..the female has to be receptive. Spay your female. Unspayed females have a 70% higher chance of developing cancer.
