The Sacred cannot be intellectualized. It must be "experienced" first hand.
Once one finds the spirit within. One will see the spirit
that is in others, and all things.

Spirituality is an a awareness and connection with something bigger than yourself, something all encompassing that connects every living thing. By definition spirit is something you can not see, usually a consciousness or motivating force. Once upon a time the five elements of life were described as earth, air, fire, water, spirit.

Religious people use it to denote their connection with God.

If religion is a canal, in which water flows in fixed routes and reaches fixed destinations

Spirituality is the rivulet, which sings and finds its way through mountains and jungles

Let us be Spiritual not religious
