Hi, i want to connect my sky HD box to my new DENON amplifier. At the moment i am listening to sky through the tv but with a new surround sound system i'd rather listen to it through that. There is an audio optic slot in both sky hd box and amplifier but its a similar connection to a telephone/internet cable. I have tried comet, pc world etc and they have gave me standard audio red whit & yellow cables saying this is the same but it aint as there is no slot for the yellow cable in either the sky or amplifier boxes. Any idea what website i could visit to get this optic cable?? Cheers.

I got my optical connector and all of my Hi-fi cables from Richer Sounds link below.

Red/white/yellow is an an audio/video lead. The yellow one is the video and not required for an audio connection. Ideally you should look harder for an optic cable as ultimately this will be better. Try the Maplin catalogue.
