After working all day I come home to relax and enjoy some conversation with others,by reading intereating questing,by asking questions,to give fun and interesting answers.Most have been fun and informative which I enjoy. Then their are the nasty,rude down right dumb answers. It seems like people don't really read or even understand the question being asked! For a reader to say what a dumb question,or comment is not what we come here for.Most of us enjoy our time here and appreciate the decent answers. but when someone says what a stupid question,or why rant and rave is an unnessary answer. most of us just want to relax and have a few laughs and enjoy the wisdom of others! yahoo answers is for fun and light conversation,people just relax and enjoy!

Hi they are the sort of people who couldnt say those kind of things to the persons face they are cowards ,but then again i answered a question yesterday and she was getting annoyed cause her 11 month old baby wasnt walking on his own !!! i mean come on just a baby ,so some people do deserve it ,if you get a bad answer dont take it too heart xxx thats of course if its a good question and you dont deserve it!!!

There are rude people everywhere, and more so on the internet because many people who don't dare being rude in person do feel they can do so online, where no one knows their real name. But just like with bullies off-line, ignoring them works best, just read the interesting answers and skip over the rude ones. Don't let it get to you.

I guess people come here to vent as often as relax. But it's true, rude people serve no purpose.
BTW, ever since seeing your avatar I've had the song "Green Eyed Lady" by Sugarloaf in my head. It won't go away. It's been 5 minutes now. Great song.

Don't know if you ever had the dis-pleasure of the Yahoo bulletin boards, but they got so bad (full of racism and hatred comments) that Yahoo finally closed them down. Unfortunately, some of those people came to Answers instead.

I believe that cowardice people use the Internet to hide behind. In other words, the same people who feel the need to insult others on the Internet would be afraid to say those things to someones face.
