It depends on what you mean by getting a FAFSA. Anyone who is planning to attend higher education in the upcoming school year should COMPLETE a FAFSA. Anyone. That means whether or not you think you will be eligible for grants, scholarships or loans. So, yes, with a FT job, you can complete a FAFSA application.
Now, on the flip side, will you be eligible for aid? (I think that is what your question is...) The FAFSA requires you to enter information from your tax return. From there, information is sent to your prospective schools. (You enter them on the FAFSA as well). Your schools use this information to determine if you qualify for any aid at their school. The federal and state governments determine if you qualify for aid from the government. It is hugely variable depending on the state and your income and your school.
Now, I worked FT at about $30K (Gross adjusted income) and I qualified for subsidized and unsubsidized federal loans. This was a HUGE help for me. These loans are low interest rate and come due 6 months after you are no longer taking at least 6 credits per semester.
That's one other thing to consider. A lot of state aid (grants, which you don't have to pay back) depend on the number of credits you are taking. And in NY, grants are not available for advanced degrees like graduate (Masters, Ph.D and J.D)
I hope this helps and good luck!

yes but it will be a student loan, and you will be required to pay it back. but under some circumstances you may be able to ask for an extension on paying it back.
