Aaahhh the Mark Foley defense...lets see Mark Foley wrote dirty messages to someone above the age of consent - no crime committed. The Republicans got rid of him because it was wrong.

Charles Rust-Tierney pays for child porn - crime committed. Dems try to defend it. Why am I not surprised.

Prison time? Probably not Dems get away with crime all the time.

Of course not. It can be summed up in 2 words - double standard!!! You could eat up the memory on the Yahoo servers with example after example.

Look who they have as their elder statesmen-
1) Ted Kennedy - a law school cheat who advanced all they way to be a drunken murderer.
2) Robert Byrd - a one time keagle in the KKK
3) John Kerry - a cowardice liar who has taken hundreds of thousand of dollars from contractors working on the biggest civil engineering scam in US history - the "Big Dig".
4) Joe Biden - a plagiarist
5) Al Gore - a lying, 2 time college drop out who has never worked a day in his life that didn't depend on the public dole
6) Hilary Clinton - The "wife" of one of the nations worst Presidents -but to them that makes her miraculously qualified to be President. A tough job being married to that piece of sh*t I'm sure, but it doesn't make he qualified to be President.
& Nanci Polosy - served on the committe to dimantle our intelligence gather agencies under Clinton and then serves on the 9/11 committe to chastise them for doing a bad job.

If that's their leadership, imagine the quality of the character of the typical liberal dimocratic low life.

Remember, this pedophile is both a liberal AND a democrat. Forget prison time - that would actually make him pay the consequences for his actions, something liberals as well as democrats are completely averse to.

1) They want freedom but won't fight for it.
2) They want freedom of speech as long as it's their speech.
3) They want to be able to piss on Christ and call it art but say that a cartoon depicting Muhammad in a derogatory way is inflammatory.
4) 9/11 was brought on by US foreign policy and Bush has over reacted but slaughtering 21 children and 53 other American citizens at Waco was perfectly fine because Clinton did it.
5) Truman instantly evaporated almost 400,000 Japanese civilians in WWII but Bush is a war monger because some terrorist is made to wear underwear on his head.
6) Kennedy got us into Vietnam costing us 55,000 lives for nothing in return but he was a saint.

They want to tell you how to live your life but are unwilling to be held accountable for their own actions. The academy awards tonight are a perfect example. In the last 60+ years, exactly 9 black actors have received Academy awards. The ones that have have ALL been stereotypical "black" characters.

Do you hear any outcry, see marches, or observe any boycotts. Of course not, just like the National Organization of Women when Clinton was having his way with Monica - NOTHING. As long as the perpetrator is liberal and a dimocrat, those scum have no standards.

By the way, I am not a Republican, I am an Independent.

Prison time, you're kidding right? - what a laugh. The public will be lucky if they hear about it on the evening news.

Is nostradamus asserting that an ACLU leader can be a conservative? That's a fallacy of logic.Regarding Foley, conservatives swiftly denounced him, some Republicans did not and that is a shame, but a Republican and a conservative are not always the same thing.

I doubt if this will get nearly the media coverage the Foley mess did. Have you seen much coverage of the story?

here's what her link actually goes to - the irony here is all to precious...

"Complaint Alleges Virginia Man Accessed, Downloaded Graphic Child Pornography"

got that everyone - he's a red stater - but this poster wants us all to believe that he's a liberal democrat.

i think the larger issue here is why radical republicans always insist anyone that does anything bad in this country is THEIR POLITICAL OPPOSITION.

we all know that fox news lied to america and three times listed homosexual republican pedophile mark foley as a democrat and not the republican that he is.

it seems to me that the radical republicans are so desperate these days that they are simply not above outright lies.

lying is a mortal sin you know.

i think i'm getting a sense of why cons all fear god - they should...

This is great news. I hope it is real and the scum ACLU gets a wake up call on it. I doubt that it will. They will most likely defend his rights under freedom of speech, or some sick thing like that to divert the attention of the crime itself.

if a liberal commits a sex act against anyone it is OK, if a conservative sneezes then they need to resign, liberalism is destroying this country and must be stopped.

amazing how some of you try and compare this guy who had sex with a minor to someone who sent emails and instant messages to someone who wasn't a minor.
Yea comparing unlawful sexual conduct to inappropriate , but not illegal, behaviour. yea that makes sense.

And this compares to Mark Foley how? Cons still have the grand prize for twisted sexual perverts.

If found guilty, I'm sure he will.

What does his political leanings have to with it?
