From what I gather about the principal, is that he accidentally texted at police officer's cell phone, instead of his drug dealer. Lame...
In my opinion: they shouldn't be allowed to test teachers, administrators or students without some reason to. To do otherwise where would the line be drawn? How young would they start testing? Kindgergardners? 1st graders? Some may scoff at the idea, but think about it.

i guess i can't help but wonder how many violent crimes, rapes, robberies and other much more serious crimes took place because this police department wanted to get headlines with this arrest.

i also can't help but wonder how long this 'law enforcement' operation took and how much money it cost.

for a nation that constantly prattles on about how they want a smaller and less intrusive govt, i think we have our priorities a bit screwed up.

we have law enforcement agencies that know that violent criminals are out there on outstanding warrants, but can't seem to locate them.

but if you have an outstanding parking violation they will find you no matter what - even if you have moved across the nation.

for me, entrapping school officials is not what i want my police tax dollars going to.

you also fail to mention what drug this guy was buying - i'll bet a million dollars it was marajuana and nothing really harmful.

my comment on this is that it's a great big steaming load of crap!

Yes, I heard about it. Have you heard about the American drug lobby's desparate attempt to keep less expensive drugs sold in Canada (the same drugs sold here for much more) out of the hands of seniors who desparately need them and can't afford the high prices here?

The principal won't hurt your mom. How about the drug cartel?
