None of the above. When I address women, I refer to them as: Mrs., Miss, Ma'am or by name. And I address men as Mr., Sir or by their name. I would appreciate the same appropriate reference

From Adults, I like "Hey Girl" esp if they are friends and I havent seen them in a while.
I just started working in the office at a Middle School and I am getting use to the student office aides calling me "miss"
