White people already do get racially abused but we are not allowed to be offended by it.

It's just a name isn't it ? we get called Brits and the Americans get refered to as Yanks, New Zealanders as Kiwi's and Australians as Aussies, but we don't really consider these terms to be racist.
Funnily enough my 14 year old brought this point up the other night at the tea table.
In an ideal world we would ALL just accept and respect one another.
However we have to be realistic and acknowlege we can never live in an ideal world.

It does go both ways.
Us white people here get called white racist pigs. Much more insulting than blankers....... Especially when I am NOT a racist, or a pig. I live with it, the world is full of ignorance.

I try to imagine a world where people stop worrying about colour. It's fun to play with words though, just the few mean people in this world that would turn that word into an insult

Absolutely so what? I wouldn't care.

Certainly would not make such an issue of it as they do. Sticks and Stones may break your bones, but names will never hurt you.

Ma'am, it does go both ways. It just depends on the skin color of the racist. All cultures had a small percentage of racists. I hope this helps. :)

If your friend thinks only white people are racist then he's being a racist.
