Is there not a good program that RIPs them to your computer??

I'm sure that copy / paste will not allow me to view if original gets lost...

I use DVD Shrink but its better if you have Windows Media Centre and have a lot of hard drive space. I purchased an external 320 gb hard drive and copied lots of dvd's onto it. I can just access my dvd's by remote and enjoy.
