I dont know a jot about cars and prices

yes research your problem with your car first, i don't mean get a degree in machanics but look online ,find out different problems , or call places i used to call 4 or 5 places first tell them the problem then ask how much it would cost to fix,, yes alot of them say bring it in...but then you can get 4 or 5 different reasons on what is wrong first then make those suggestions to the mechanic or if your simply getting oil change and tune up service that is tough , you almost just have to have trust... you never know when you will leave the car place with a bolt missing or something small that they conveniently left off... or go to a christian mechanic look online in your area, if they are truely christian they should do the best for you with out being selfish and or lieing about anything

If you don't know a lot about prices and cars, how do you know you are getting ripped off ? Quit listening to those friend experts that always come out of the woodwork. If they were so smart, they would have a garage business.

first look a round for the best deal, for one will charge you one thing where may be right dow the road they charge less, too ask to see the old part they took off, honest some will tell you they put some on, an wont, it your right to see the old parts
