Nimrod by Elgar. it was played at my sisters funeral and my mum has said she would like that piece of music too - so thats what i would like, if i had a second choice it would be the theme music from the film "somewhere in time" (christopher reeve and jane seymour) - beautiful.

Planning on dying, are we?

My choice would be 'Sounds of Silence' written by Paul Simon and performed by Paul Simon and Art Garfunkle.

BUT - if the funeral director is going to charge extra for it - hell, I would rather that they didn't play anything at all!
