Being the only female in my office,when guys come around and are nice to me or want to be familiar?

I instantly become a victim of gossip and back biting among my male colleagues sometimes even my boss who is female starts watching me suspiciously.What can i do.This is beginning to hurt me and I am naturally quite attractive

Just be yourself. Be flattered by the remarks of the men. Why? Because they are jealous. It's not your fault you are attractive and don't let your jealous boss make you feel responsible for the behaviors of others either. You know who you are.

Of course if this becomes painful for you, or you feel that you are being harassed that you should take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

Keep things professional between your male workmates and yourself, make sure you dont go beyond working relations when you interact with the guys in your office; this will avoid any remarks or personal attacks/gossip they make about you behind your back and if you've done nothing you should be ashamed of, hold your head up high and just do your thing;however your boss feels towards you shouldn't matter if you present yourself well and do your work well.

personal grooming and presentation plays a part in the working well; being attractive is a plus point, not your downfall. be strong and work smart!don't let those worthless people get to you.
