I think it is her way of sticking it to her daughter one last time.

I think you're right, in a sense. I think she's gaining financially over the whole thing. While she was on the stand, did you notice how she never actually admitted to any financial gain...she just kept sidestepping the questions with "I don't know the right answer," and "I have no money." Entertainment Tonight admitted to paying for the video of her at her grandson's grave in the Bahama's, but it was through someone else (Vergie says it was her sister, Anna's Aunt that sold the video - bs). She is looking for attention from her daughter's "tragedy" and this is the easiest way she can do it.

It's not exactly true that the judge didn't abide by the law. While Howard K. Stern is the executor of Anna's "pre-Dannilynn" will, we have to believe that she made new arraignments while pregnant. What mother would not change her will, knowing that she had previously made arraignments to leave out any future children. So, technically, Howard would have been the one to say where she wanted to be buried. As the executor, he would have known. However, Vergie wanted to challenge that, thus the court case. And Vergie had conflicting reports of where Anna wanted to be buried. Early on, it was Texas. But that was when Anna was a teen and still lived there. Later, around the time she was becoming a model and idolizing Marilyn Monroe, she told Vergie that she wanted to be buried in California, near her idol. So, where would Vergie bury her. Personally, I think the judge made the right decision.

She is Vergie's daughter, and legally, she is next of kin. Anna and Howard were not married. In order for Dannielynn to make a decision, she has to be 18 years old. The judge is nutso. He did not abide by the law. She will not be getting money for having her daughters' body back. The only money involved is the inheritance for the kid, and at this point, HOWARD STERN HAS CONTROL OVER THAT.

I guess she feels that she owes her that much. She had hardly anything to do with her raising. Who know she may want to auction her body off on E-Bay. Vergie was a whore also.

Yeah, from what I hear her and her mamma didn't get along very well. lol That would be extremely morbid if she was trying to get back at her child...even in death. Crazy!
