they have rolling chairs on the boardwalk in Atlantic City...for a fee, a couple people sit in this little wheeled conveyance and someone who's behind them pushes. they don't go very fast, it's just for the customers to enjoy the weather and watch the crowds. it's a sort of nostalgic thing b/c they've had rolling chairs for a million years.
