Probably depends on how much you care for that person. If it is in a drunken state or one of just raw sex and no emotion then you can probably get away without any part of you missing. I can't speak for them. But if there is an emotional attatchment in any way, then you will lose a part of yourself for sure, as well as taking something from them, if only in memory. STD's are a whole different ball of wax and not what I think you are talking about.
