Legally,socially or morally, it should never be allowed in humans. With all the unwanted babies in the world today, why in the heck would we need to clone any? As far as animals, it may be alright to do to save a species form extinction, but, other than that it hold the same logic as humans.
Don't mess with Gods work , it is morally legally and socially wrong.
