I would probably buy some milk or bread or something. I have no spare money at the moment and until I actually have collected the winnings I would not able to splash out.
When I actually get hold of they money the first thing I would buy would be a bus ticket to the travel agency.
After the bus ticket the first important thing I would buy would be a holiday - a long expensive holiday for me and half a dozen good mates.

A Modest 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath house. It will have a Chef style kitchen that has a Bar area in it and lots of Cabinet space. Outside there would be a Pool and a Stone Set Grill with a mini cooler Stocked with all sorts of Alcohol. Of course there would be a hottub. That is after I give about 5Mil to the American Cancer Society. (Yes, I have always wanted to make a gigantic contribution to them. I usually donate my taxes to them.)
