Camra isn't a real word, but you use it as your example. So I assume any combination of letters, to you, counts as a word. So, using a maximum of the 18 letters you list, the highest number of words that could be made would be 18 factorial, or 6,042,373,705,728,000 words, from one to 18 letters in length. Sorry, but I don't have time to type them all out.
