For pacmanpacattack... it is neither really appreciated in the young generation when you like USA . But here, USA still represent a sort of ideal but with weaks so obvious that it is become impossible to blindly admirate it as did the generation who have been saved by the American soldiers during WW2...

I think the French people who i met were quite arrogant, but i havent met all of them so shouldnt really judge

I think there regular people. I think most people don't like france because they have never been there. We are also taught not to like the french at least in america.
