OEM list for waterpump for a 95 Chrysler T&C 3.6l v6
$70.85, thermostat $8.50 counting 1.5 to 2 hours to replace and install. Depending upon the labor cost per hour of your garage, tax for your cuty and state you can safely estimate under the $200.-250 USD mark.

you do it and parts should be less than $100. Its a labor intensive job as you have to remove alot of stuff to get the old one out then put every thing back together again. Takes 4 - 6 hours if you know hwt you're doing.
