Its the cafe owner(tony)s brother dom who was in 2.4 children with claire who is on dancing on ice...... both brothers starred in grange hill, by the way they are actually twins

That is Dom. he is Tony's brother, although they thought they were cousins.
He is his real life brother and he was in 2.4 children, along with clare buckfield currently in Dancing on Ice

there's 2 actors who are brothers who star as brothers in HOllyoaks - John Pickard (Tony Hutchinson) and Nick Pickard (Dom someone). It's Nick Pickard who plays the cafe owner's brother, and is also his bro in real life who starred in 2.4 children
