I think (just think) that after the first time of missing they can send an affadavit and request that you definitely come back the next time. If you miss that court date, then they will probably issue a warrant for your arrest. Over some traffic thing, I would take care of that, because if you ever get stopped again, they will find out that there is a warrant hanging over your head, and you will TOTALLY regret it more then, compared to taking care of that now.

When you miss the first court date, they usually send you a second court date in the mail.......but when you miss the second court date without calling them or anything.....they put a warrant out on you until you clear it up.....yes just for a missed court date.....it happened to me........so you should just go up there like when the courts first open and they MIGHT give you a court date on the same day.

Fees wills start accumulating-and your $120.00 ticket will end up costing you $400.00 or more each. I worked at a court with traffic tickets for years and I would feel for these people that would pay through the nose for something they let go too far. Go pay them today.

My son in law had a simular problem. He eventually got pulled over for running a red light. He was put in jail in the county that it happened in because his liscense was suspended because of not going to court on the outher tickets. After my daughter bailed him out on the suspended liscense, they kept him till the other county where he had outstanding tickes, picked him up and took him to their jail. He was not alowed to bail out with a cash bond. I had to do a property bond from my county and transfer it to the county he had the ticket in to bail him out. He eventually got out. Paid his trafic tickets and got his liscense reinstated so he could drive to work. He still has to go to court for the suspended liscense and running a red light.

Dont ever forget to go to court or pay a ticket. It will be the worse mistake you'll ever make.

Pay your fines before the put a warrent out for you.

The decide will probably subject a bench warrant on your arrest for failure to seem. flow to the courthouse right this moment and seek advice from the clerk's workplace right this moment. this is lots easier to straighten those issues out on your words than that's from a detention center cellular. for the reason that they're minor costs they probably won't make a huge deal out of it.

growing by the day. it'll get to the point where you'll think everything has gone away, and you'll have forgotten about it, and one day a police officer will run your plates while you are sitting at a red light (just for fun, they do that randomly) and viola' you'll get carted off to jail in cuffs, just because you were too dumb to take care of somehting as simple as a ticket.

You will most likely get fined and possibly probation jail is doubtful, well they will arrest you but you wont be sentenced to prison just held till the fines are paid.

If you don't take the time to take care of this matter, jail time for sure.
