Freddie Mercury had HIV because he liked men to stick thier penises inside his anus. He did this many times until he got very sick.

When men stick thier erect members into eachothers anuses and have HIV, they risk speading it to thier partners. Freddie of course got his infection from this method. His lover ejaculated semen into his poop chute and gave him HIV.
