I like this question.

It presumes that there are people on each of the planets who have studied the universe and created a calendar for their own planet. Howerver, I don't think that this is correct as a presumption.

A calendar is based upon the length of time that it takes for a planet to orbit one time around the Sun. And a month is the time it takes for the Moon to swing through its orbit completely around the Earth.

Hmm-m... So what will we do about planets that have several moons? What kind of month will we have there?
Would we have multiple calendars to use depending upon which moon people were most concerned about?

Ooops...What will we do about planets that have no moons? Are there no months on those planets?

Mercury.no moons.orbits the Sun in 88 Earth Days

Venus.no moons.orbits the Sun in 243 Earth Days

Earth.1 Moon.orbits the Sun in 365.26 Earth Days

Mars.2 Moons.orbits the Sun in 687 Earth Days

Jupiter.63 moons.Orbits the Sun in 11.86 Earth Years

Saturn..34+ moons..Sun orbit 29.46 Earth Years

Uranus..27 moons..Sun orbit 84 Earth Years

Neptune..23 moons..Sun orbit 164.8 Earth Years

Pluto..1 moon...Sun orbit 247.9 Earth Years

So, I guess that the answer to your question is Feb. is the shortest month. Like, as in all the planets...

In length, February.

In spelling May.

Since the word month refers to the movement of the moon, and all of the other planets* have either more than one or no moons, than I think that the term month would be unique to earth in this solar system.

*if Pluto was still considered a planet, then it would not fit this description. It does only have one moon and therefore could have a month.

The other planets don't have months, they have years (the time it takes to orbit the sun) Mercury's is the shortest at 88 earth days.
