Can any on tell me if this equation is correct?

Vout/R2= - Vin/R1

(Vout/R2)* R1=- Vin

(4.12/100)*10=-Vin

Vin=-0.412 ( the voltage is negative because an inverting operational amplifier is being used)

If R2 is the feedback resistor and R1 is the inpur resistor, you're exactly correct. The 'gain' is given by -R2/R1.
