I have only got one tube as i had a ectopic pregnancy and my doctor told me my ovary on the side were i have my tube will work twice as hard and i will ovulate every month from that side so it might depend on your body.

I think it depend on a person. some body may ovulate only by right one and another person may ovulate only by left or ovulate by two( this month right and next month another).
