The best culinary school in Manila is the De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde's School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management.
Most other culinary schools can only offer two-year diploma courses, while the DLS-CSB SHRIM offers a full bachelor's degree, complete with specializations in hotel management, tourism management, or culinary arts. The culinary arts program of the DLS-CSB SHRIM is of such quality that its students regularly top culinary competitions here and abroad on a regular basis.
The DLS-CSB SHRIM has a fully functional hotel-school, the CSB Hotel, where students may opt to conduct on-the-job training. The CSB Hotel was given a four-star rating and accreditation by representatives of the Philippine Department of Tourism.
The DLS-CSB SHRIM ensures its roster of faculty practice their chosen specialties full-time.
Quiz any high school senior in Metro Manila interested in a career in the culinary industry, and the odds are good that the student will mention DLS-CSB as a priority, if not the only, option.

miss, the only culinary school i know is smokey mountain. i learn culinary there by cooking bits and pieces of food i find as i rummage through piles and piles of waste. the school part is i get a lesson on how hard life is. if you know of a good culinary school where they need a garbage disposal, please refer me and they can pretend i'm a garbage disposal. i'll eat whatever they throw down the sink. salamat po, miss.
