Of course he is physically dead , ( that is his physical body , But he soul ( or spirit ) of a person does not die ever . Elvis was a Man who loved Jesus Christ and and honored Him in his personal life and in his many songs of Christ . Surely his is alive in heaven and and spends countless hours worshipping Jesus . Where as we have so many here on earth that seem to worship Elvis , who can do nothing whatsoever for them . Its fine to honor his memory and he did many good things in his life time . But when he died and went to be with the Lord , he took nothing with him of any value at all except the trust and faith he has in the Saving Grace and of what Jesus did at the cross for each one of us ...

The legend known as Elvis will never die. In my eyes, Elvis is the true "American Idol" and not many people come close to his stature.
