During and before breastfeeding the breasts were large and firm, but now they have reduced significantly in size. They have, well, deflated is there a way to get them back the way they were without surgey? Suregry not an option due to wanting to concieve and breastfeed again.

exercises and manipulation will restore them somewhat but don't expect to have the same resiliency as before. your bod has gone through some significant alterations and it takes time to return it to what it was.

Ohhhhh, I feel your pain!!!! I breastfed my daughter for 15 months, and my boobs look like deflated balloons. I really enjoyed them in pregnancy, and got so many compliments while I was breastfeeding. Now everyone says, "Wow, where'd your boobs go?!" I am a sorry A cup. (I was a D at one point!!!!) I've never heard of a "natural" way to "perk them up." But just think, next time you get pregnant, you can enjoy your beautiful boobs for that year or so!!

They are the way they are supposed to be. You are worrying too much. It took stages to get to the breast feeding stage. It takes reverse stages to go back to normal. All you need to do is wear a bra that supports them. Surgery is not going to be necessary unless you are not happy with things and insist on it. They may end up a little larger for a while but you will be in good shape. Most new mothers take exercises along the way. It helps to put things in their places.
Congratulations on your new baby.

Naturally your body changes after childbirth & breast feeding, all I can say is without having surgery no not really, theres always the illusion, as in bra's you can buy, theres stuff out there to buy, but try to be realistic in your thinking. after having breastfed three children myself, I'll say I went down in cup size by a full cup, devastating, but there are worse things! GoodLuck

Strengthening your pectoral muscles will make your breasts look higher and firmer.
