From head to bottom at 9 weeks a fetus is approx. 22cm long and at 14 weeks 85mm long so has almost quadrupled in size in 5 weeks. Using these measurements means that at 13 weeks it should be around 60 - 70mm.
Your Midwife should have given you the Pregnancy book by now (an NHS publication) which details growth of fetuses on page 28-32

As your baby's ear bones begin to harden this month, he may begin to hear some sounds. Hearing will not be complete until the seventh month. The lungs also continue development, and as a part of that you baby will "breathe" amniotic fluid.
His face, right down to the external ears will be well developed. He can frown, squint and grimace. Although he cannot see yet, his retinas are becoming sensitive to light. Eyebrows and scalp hair are beginning to appear. He can even suck his thumb.
At the end of the sixteenth week your baby will be around 5.5 inches from crown to rump and weigh 6 oz, and baby is now big enough that his heartbeat can be heard with a regular stethoscope.

the size of a 13 week size foetus is about the size of a mars bar!

The pancreas is now formed and functioning and even secreting insulin.
The intestines are now starting to move from the umbilical cord to the stomach.
The villi are beginning to form in the intestines.

about 3 inches. it weights less then an ounce i think but it will really start growing now. Its like the size of id say a med dill pickle.

between 8 - 10cm. fingernails and toenails will be appearing, hair will be starting to grow enjoy!! Good luck
