If you call a chinese person a 'chink' and a person of black ethnicity '******' and a person of white ethnicity 'Wigger' why is 'Paddy' not racist...

paddy is a racist name.
just like mick.
and i take objection to always being labled as an alcoholic just because i'm irish.

Personally I don't find the name 'Paddy' in any way racist - and I was born and reared in Ireland. I find it amusing, because it's what my father's friends called him.

No Paddy isnt racist, just abit of humour, as long as if you dont say it purposely to offend someone, it is just like English been called Limeys
