I was told that I am attractive about a seven in appearance. But I still think that number is unappealing. How do I become cute? Maybe I need plastic surgery so that I can be a ten and be at least cute?

Put down the scalpel! Plastic surgery will make you look...well actually kind of plastic. When you get it done on your face you become all freaky looking and the people who knew you before it won't even be comfortable looking at you...because you will look so different. Dude...7 is good. You might want to seek some therapy if you are feeling this badly about yourself. It's also sad...that you say in the end of your question "and be at least cute". There is SOOOO much more in the world than being "cute". Cute does not mean you will have love, money, or happiness. Your personality is what really helps with those things.

Plastic surgery will turn you into an ugmo
A girl doesn't have to be a 10 to get me to like her. I'm not an ugly guy despite hot or not I only had my picture up for like 20 mins and got 2 votes before i took it down cuz I was pissed. But I have somemone I love and she loves me.
When I met her I thought she was gorgeous, and she's not a supermodel and not a 10 if somemone else looks at her but to me, she's a 10000000 she's the most special beautiful little lady in the world I love her to death and she's a bit chunky but it doesn't matter cuz i wouldn't want her to lose any and she's so gorgeous it actually suits her right and i like a bit to hold instead of a sack of bones.
Listen when a guy meets you, he might not think you are the most gorgeous person in the world but after he gets to know you things may change. Once you talk to someone with a great personality it makes them more attractive.
A girl who is visually a perfect 10 will not be a perfect 10 if she's stupid or mean or a jerk. She'll be much lower. So don't worry

To be honest, U shouldn't care abt what ppl think of u. U should love urself who who u r. Be original. Be yourself. Plastic surgery makes u look great, but ur not urself anymore. U'd be like a fake. Know what I mean? Ur perfect just the way u r! :-)

If you will concentrate on developing a great personality and great smile you will come across as a 10. Forget about plastic surgery, it is a waste.
