Ahhh, You are so young. I am smiling because I had this happen to me way back when I was in high school. I am in my 30's now but I remember what it as like. Here's the deal. She may be trying to fit in with the older crowd and is trying to act older and has the idea that she has to abandon all her old friends to make room in her life for the new ones or as we used to call it, "The in crowd." Yes it is very shallow and depressing for you. I would say, instead of being depressed, try making new friends and show yourself that you can come away from this a better person. Let her see who you are. I am not speaking about a battleover popularity, but be open to re accept her and prove true friendship. One day she will realize the mistake that she is making now. True friends don't grow on tree's. True love in friendship well, it loves regardless of fault. just remain her friend and go ake new ones. Its part of growing up. You understand that friendship can last beyond social walls, but she may not realize this. Please be patient with her. It may take a while before she realizes this and matures more. People mature at their own pace. Just don't take it too hard, don't be so hard on yourself. Its a faze we all go through. You are young, you'll see.

Listen.... The best way is to walk up to her and approach her... No it's not embarrassing it's called guts... If you really like her as a friend then you should be there and talk to her. It's the only way or you will feel guilty and have this gut feeling in yourself. There has to be a reason why she's leaving you out. She probably also feels something that she's doing wrong but doesn't want to show it.

When i went to High School me and my friends actually became even more better friends.
On the other hand you can leave her and do the exactly the same thing she's doing to you.

To be honest if she is treating you that way she isn't your friend.I would consider just letting it go for now she might be going through some "phase". In the mean time try making new friends. I know it can hurt but these are life listens that we all learn from. You never know she may come back around some day but be on guard she has already hurt you once and you tell her that too,if she comes back. Feeling for you.

This is so sad. I do not miss those parts of my teen years. My heart goes out to you. Maybe you could try writing her a letter or call her. Don't be mean or accusatory...just tell her how much the friendship means to you and that you miss her and want to hang out soon. If she still treats you poorly...then she is really not worth your time.Unfortunately high school changes a lot of relationships...but I promise you will make new (probably even better) friends.

you don't need her. No one has the right to make you feel bad and anyone who does isn't worth your time of day. Use this as an opportunity to make new friends, real friends who'll stick by you.
