There have been rumors that there might be, but it has also been said that Alexis Bledel doesn't want to continue. There was talk of a Rory-less season 8, but Lauren Graham doesn't want to do the show without her. So I think whether or not there's a season 8 depends on Alexis.
Right now, I don't know if I want there to be a season 8, because this season's plots have been pretty stupid and it seems like the writers are running out of ideas. But it looks like this season might be getting better, so I don't know.
