Sitam means atrocities. (Kitne bhi tu kar le sitam, hans hans ke sahenge hum) Afsana means story (Aaj kahenge dil ka afsana, jaan bhi le le chahe zamana) Jaanbaaz means a person who can put his life at risk (jaan ki baazi laganewala) This word is largely used to appreciate people from the defence forces.
