Ana Nicole Smith was someone known by the public while Scott Peterson's wife wasn't. I mean, the public have more interest on the coverage of her death than someone unknown.

I really hope they check this guy out maybe they are putting all there information together before they say anything to the public there taking there time so as not to screw up there case and get all the evidence they need to get this guy ,we will just have to wait and see it will take time as always

What else isn't known is the results of the inquest in Daniels case, and the toxicology reports aren't in with Anna Nichols death. You can't investigate any more than what you have evidence of, and at most since Anna took prescription drugs, Howard K Smith isn't responsible for what her doctors prescribed.
OJ Simpson wasn't just a black sports hero married to a white woman, there was a vicious double murder done not with a gun, which gives some distance, but with an up-close-and-personal knife. OJ didn't figure out he was black until the trial. The term Oreo was invented for him.
With Peterson it was the horror of killing his near to term pregnant wife and his baby, acting so distraught when he had a chippy he was leading on, that plus the fact that he looked good on camera.
The deaths of Anna Nicole and Daniel seem to be drug related in the sense that Daniels was an interaction of not fatal amounts of drugs he was taking legally and methadone, which he may or may not have gotten from his mothers stash.
No tox screen is back on Anna so no one knows, not even the lab techs. It is known she had a drug problem, and her early life was no bed of roses, she was also hospitalized for pneumonia a few months ago and that can be hard on the body.

They will cover it when there is something to cover. They have nothing to hang on him without all the tests and the proof still out.
They have not even questioned Stern yet. Look at the problems they are having just trying to bury her body. This could go on for a long time.

Because there are too many questions regarding her from publicly noted meltdowns, like her reality show and her 'DO YOU LIKE MY BODY' appearance on the AMA's. Beyond that, why do we care more about some wacky broad vs. the escalating situation in Iraq?
