If you can identify the coin as a Kennedy Half even though it's the size of dime, then it's not an error coin. It's most probably a miniature replica of a Kennedy Half Dollar made as a collectible, and its value very much depends on the issue price of the coin, whether it was issued as a single coin or part of a miniature coin set, and how limited was the production. I can't think of any coin price guide or catalog that list maniature coin values, so I guess it's all up to how much someone is willing to pay if you decide to sell.
