I can't log into my account or access the 'help' or 'contact us' tabs. I just get :

Anyone else experiencing the same - or is it just me? Anyone know what going on?

It seems to be working again for me now too. I guess it must have been a temporary blip!

i log in just fine. make sure your at the actual paypal.com and not some phishing website.
