O B S T A C L E!

Since you have not given any clue to understand what you have in mind I understand it as a common mans commonly used term 'P R O B L E M'

Remember:

Never avoid or run away from the O B S T A C L E! It is not the solution.

Any obstacle I mean problem will look simple when you approach with an analytical mind

Dont get emotional when you encounter the O B S T A C L E, i mean the problem. Emotion blunts the analysis and creates a black out like situation. Ok, lets proceed to find solution.

See the '!' mark suffixing OBSTACLE . That means avoid frowning a with a '?' mark but enjoy with an '!' mark.

The solution to any obstacle i mean 'Problem' is just 3 steps away.

Step - 1: Study the anatomy of the O B S T A C L E (PROBLEM) by dissecting its components!

Look closely, it has two types of components:

1. Constants 2. variables

Step - 2: List them out separately.

Leave the regid constant components as they are.

List the variables in 'Easy tunables' order

Identify the trobling component. Find out whether it is in the constant group or variable group.

Step - 3: Start retuning the variables till the variable matches the constants and yields the desired result

Well, Here is how I solved one BIG problem that looked trivial latter.

I was on deputation to teach in a professional college.

Students were like students in any other college

One day I recd a sealed postal envelop without post office stamp.

When I opened it I found an anonymous letter full of abuse to me and on other three of my colleagues.

My colleagues wanted to identify the culprit and punish him / them.

I thought over the issue. The variables were we the teachers and the students.

Even with the students it was the mind and attitude of some of them. I thought it is best to retune that part first.

I took the letter, went to the class, called out a boy, told him that it is not his letter and asked him to read it loudly. he read it loudly with hesitation.

I pocketed the letter and quietly started the class as if nothing had happened.

Lo! not only the class but the entire campus became silent, studious and well behaved.

The approacj worked miraculously.

Ok

Good luck

I'm a new teacher and it depends on what the obstacle is. If you write a lesson plan and then walk into the classroom your plan might fly out the window i mean anything could happen, In my teaching practice the OHP collapsed on my foot. I was told i was 2 easy going with my Students while another teacher bellowed and at and scared the hell out of me. Don't get mad or nervous because you're on stage and it will show. You need to be quick on your feet, if you're talking and someone interrupts stop and stare at them and ask are you done, or don't say anything and let the other students stare at him and embarrass him.. it all depends on what the problem is
