I believe so!!! although there are many critics who always say american movies are pieces of crap with a budget too big for anyone to handle? Just because americans spend millions and millions doesn't mean it isn't a great movie, it only means they had the money to make it GREAT!! Nowhere else in the world can you find greater movie then an American movie.

It depends on what you view a movie to be. If you view it as an experience then yes, America does make the best movies because the budget allows for brilliant musical scores and good quality as the movies are made on film which is expensive and American movies are larger life so people enjoy the escape. If one views a movie as an opportunity to learn and inspire discussions, then I don't think America make the best movies because there is loss of integrity with all the sensationalism.

Well strictly speaking America makes movies that alot of people like, and their rich funding allows them the latest technology for use and access to multiple areas and props. Plus since english is the international language, just about every country can have an American movie. But there are also competitors that contend with America. Lately Asian countries, mainly China, Japan and Baliwood, ah, I mean India, are producing movies.

just because other countries spend much less doesn't mean their movies are bad. The best movies I've seen are from Poland and Russia, they are still creative beside some (I said some, not all) american producers doing the same crap again and again, wasting a lot of money for their business.

I don't agree. It depends on the actors/actresses and the storyline. A big budget doesn't always make a good movie.
