Every time I start up my computer, I am giving 2 choices of OS's. However, I have already deleted one of them. And if I do click on that one, it doesnt work anyway, cause its not there. Is there a way to get my computer to just boot normally and not prompt me every time for that OS that doesnt exist??

it sounds like when you re-installed windows you took the
"quick format" way... I'm sure there is a way to edit startup to boot default to the second OS, but all I've ever done to fix the issue is a new install of XP with an actual format in NTFS.

Download SUPER GRUB. This is an excellent example of the free open source software that is available. Below is the link, with some others, that you may wish to explore.

I am not a computer wiz, but you can either check your recycle and put it back, or my computer and ensure that you did not erase it completely. If so, spend the thirty or so dollars and go see a geek who can reinstall it for you. Yeah, it is embarrassing but it will work again and it is a lesson learned.
