I still try to find the best answer for your Q. Still work in progress. But I believe that practice makes perfect. :-) The more you practice to control your anger, the more you are the master of your own anger. Avoiding your anger won't solve anything at all. Facing your anger and being the master of it.

Tune up Avenged Sevenfold or any of my rock music here. And sometimes, I punch things cause it's a way to let out anger. :)

close ur eyes & count to 10 slowly :) that should cool u off a little, for starters u could try till 20 :) thats the simplest way I could think of!

i close my eyes breath in deeply , hold, count to 10 exhale for 10, repeat 3 to 5 times, all the while feeling myself being awash in healing soothing energy. it works!

I say what I've got to say, the way that I've got to say it. There are some situations that you just need to show that you mean business. There are some situations that tact is needed. The answer is that it depends on the situation, there's no "one" answer.

I know it's not the best way, but bottle it up, and compress it into a burning chunk of pure anger, not very healthy though

breath, just breath, in and out, focus on the breathing and what ever I do, do not let the emotion take over the moment, do not yell, scream and use foul words.

Walk away. go somewhere i can be alone and scream at the top of my lungs, it helps to relieve the stress and what not. or i b**ch to my friends about it
