In America this will never be true.

The real unemployment rate is going up and you have to be able to compete with the best of the best to get one of the jobs that are left.

Not only are you competing with you fellow Americans, you will be competing with H1-B applicants from other countries.

If you don't want your tattoos to be an issue, keep them where they cannot be seen in business attire.

Personal expression and choice also means you face the consequences (such as not finding a great job) that your personal choice brings.

Wait and see as more and more jobs leave this country, where do you think you would find a job where every other applicant is covered in tattoos? McDonalds maybe?

As long as the tattoos don't depict any naked people, profain language, or illegal acts, I don't have a problem.
