When you get the pills, they will be different colors for each week. When you get to the last week of the pills, start taking the next pack. The last week of pills in the pack are placebos, so by starting a new pack, it will keep your hormone levels high to prevent your period form coming. Start in April doing this and you should be fine.

Skipping your period is very helpful if you have a lot of cramps or you are very sexually active but did you know that skipping your periods on purpose by use of birth control pills can cause serious blood clots inside your system which if not detected in time, can kill you. Yes, it is very serious and is not something to be laughed away simply bec you want to have sex. I urge you to consult a doctor to explain to you all the risks of birth control before you go on it. I personally think that if you are only going to take it for 2 months, that should be safe. Blood clots tend to form after a prolonged use of birth control.

Yes you can do it by just taking just the hormone pills of each of the packs of your birth control pill but check with your dr to make sure it's safe for you to do.

I skip my periods due to medical reasons tied to endometriosis.
