BELIEVE:
First and foremost, when (not if) the judge gives the OK to bury Anna in the Bahamas, it would be a victory for Anna not Howard K. Stern since Anna wanted to be bury next to her son Daniel. Having said that, if Daniel was buried in the family plot in Texas, I would support Vergie getting the body over Howard. For howard K.Stern my heart is breaking, THIS MAN REALLY LOVED ANNA! Through all her abuse of him broadcast on and off screen(big fan of the Anna Nicole show on E)he stuck with her. Through ALL THOSE MEN, he was at her side praying for his turn and finally she came to her senses and agreed to marry him and this happens---ain't life a B**ch. Reality is, if it wasn't for Howard Anna would have self distruct and died a long time ago. If that baby is taken away from Howard, it would kill him. This is the level of control Anna had over Howard, she slept around got pregnant and have Howard claim Danielynn as his when he knew the baby belong to Birkhead. Always at Anna's side doing whatever she requested of him (where can I find a man like this)!!!!!
I hope the paternity test proves that Howardis Danielynn father, this way no one can take away his little ANNA.

All these CAN be true at the same time. I watched the Anna Nicole show from its premier to the last episode, and it was clear from start to finish that Howard worshipped the ground she walked on.
He was (and is) a mindless, spineless leech of a man back then, and he's the same now. But that doesn't mean he didn't love her. He did. He was just a weak man who knew if he didn't give her what she wanted, she'd kick his bleep to the curb. Notice everyone who stood up to her was sent packing.
Anyway, Howard is all the things I listed above. No one person is all evil or all good. Stern can love Anna and still be a cowardly leech. Unlike cardboard characters in books and movies, real people are multi-faceted.
I believe Howard. He's the only truthful and decent person out

Yes I have compassion for Howard Stern! He loved Anna Nicole Smith dearly, that is obvious. He is mourning Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel whom he also loved dearly, and he might even lose his and Anna Nicole Smith's baby girl who he has taken care of and loved since birth.
The criticism and the judging Howard Stern has received from the news media via the talking heads/talk show hosts - ex/retired lawyers, ex/retired prosecutors, ex/retired judges etc. (who are now media stars with very unprofessional biased takes on every issue, instead of reporting and analyzing the news - they make the news - and they continue to unprofessionally make personal judgments), and lawyers (who present their cases via the biased news media instead of professionally in the courtroom only, and it is obvious that these lawyers are getting what they want which is their next rich client and/or maybe even their own television show), on Major Television Stations is totally wrong.
Although many of these people that have these shows are called "news analysis" and not "news reporters", their platform is supposed to be unbiased, it's the guests who are the ones that take sides and have opinions (one from each side), and then this is analyzed, and then an intelligent public can come up with their own opinions, but this does not happen. These people who head these programs always express their personal opinions and they try to sway the viewing public to their way of thinking. These same people with their biased programs are working very hard to ruin Howard Stern and try him in the court of public opinion, the same as they did with Anna Nicole Smith and probably helped contribute to her death with the constant stress they hammered her with, and they will continue to do this with anyone they choose to make their next victim.
Then add to the mix Anna Nicole Smith's "so called friends" which the Major Television Stations have given public platforms to so these people can enjoy their 15 minutes of fame, and with this comes the television shows helping these same people with the preselling of the books which they will write to continue using Anna Nicole Smith as they did not only in her life but now in her death. Don't these television stations check out these people? One "so called" friend who has shown up on just about everyone's program has an obvious axe to grind with Howard Stern, he probably supported Anna Nicole Smith when she sent the "friends" brother to jail for a few years for making threats against her. Now this woman can get back at Howard Stern at last for what she sees as something he did to her and her brother!
In reference to Anna Nicole Smith's documented drug use, has anyone ever been able to stop a dedicated drug or alcohol addict if they themselves (the drug addict) didn't want to stop using? Many people have been asked on the news media what they did to stop Anna Nicole Smith's using, and it always came back to blaming Howard Stern. If they couldn't stop her from using how could Howard Stern. A drug addict will get their drugs anyway or anywhere they can, and they will not stop until they decide themselves that they want to stop. It is very easy to blame the spouse in the relationship on the other spouse's drug use, but the bottom line is Anna Nicole Smith made her own decisions, and she did what she wanted to do.
Larry King of CNN had Anna Nicole Smith's ex-bodyguard on his program last week (the one who was present at her death), and this bodyguard who was also a friend and has been a constant in her life for years and also in the months and days before her death. One thing that he said is what many people forget is that Anna Nicole Smith was a mother who was mourning the death of her son whom she loved dearly, and she was deeply depressed because of this. This friend of Anna Nicole Smith's also said that he was called by media organizations, and they tried to blackmail him into saying something negative about Anna, which he couldn't do because he didn't have anything negative to say about her or Howard. How many of her "friends" did take the bait and/or were paid by the media for their services?
These television talking heads, lawyers etc. never let up on Anna Nicole Smith and allowed her to mourn the child she loved and lost to death. Ask anyone who has lost a child to death if they were able to get over their loss in a couple of weeks, a couple of months, or ever. Would they have been able to handle more stressors other the then the death of their child? Ask anyone who has lost a close loved one if they, themselves, planned and made all of the arrangements for the burial of a loved one. Most would say a close family friend helped them make the arrangements with their input.
Sure Howard Stern lived with Anna Nicole Smith and he didn't have any of his own income. If that is criticized so be it, but Howard Stern was a 24/7 personal assistant to Anna Nicole Smith, as well as loving husband, lawyer and friend to her. What is the going rate for a 24/7 personal assistant, lawyer to a wealthy client, and how many of the rich and famous have a personal assistant or manager who is either a close family friend or family member? These are the only people they can trust.
One question that was not allowed to be asked in court was how the three major players were paying for their lawyers. It did come out that Howard Stern had borrowed money from his parents to help him, but who is helping Larry Birkhead and Vergie Arthur pay their lawyer fees? Anna Nicole Smith's estate???

I Feel For Howard And Think He Should Get Her Body And Her Money..... He Loved Her, He Was There With Her Thru Thick And Thin, He Never Left Her Side When Her Son Died, He Took Care Of Her Every Need..... Yes, I have lots of compassion for Stern. He has lost the love of his life. He recently lost Daniel who he was like a father to and now he will lose little Dannielynn.
His life has been wiped out and on top of it, he is being accused of terrible things.
The evil in this story is Anna Nicole's mother. How could she not allow her daughter to be burried with her beloved son? She is Hateful!

I also feel for the man. He is getting totally bashed and while he did enable Anna, I truly believe that he did love her.
I can't stand her mother and see that her true colors are coming out. She is a mean and vindictive woman.

I do feel sorry for him, he's dedicated his life to her since 95. After everything in settled he will end up with nothing, no anna, no baby, and no house. yes he was wrong for helping her with her drug problem, but i think he was affraid if he said no, then she would kick him to the curb. people make mistakes, it's called LIFE.
